I wish everyone would use wechat. Best chat program around.

This is how I keep in touch with my mom who lives in another city, and my dad who still lives in Shanghai. The best part is we can send audio messages and short videos for free!

I need it every single day!

I use to stay in contact with my fam. Its very easy to use but it has its limitations. Cant easily add someone if you dont have the contact in your address book. Cant tag ppl in pictures, etc. its good but not great.

When someone tries to send me images, i cant open it even i try to multiple times!!! I mean, the image is just blurred preview of the image and some loading icon in the middle and after 5sec. it just goes to black image and it says images is broken or somethig like that!!! Cmon guys i use it every effing day!!!! Please fix it!!!!!

Best app to connect with family and friends.

I recently read about this app, so had to give it a try. As a blind VoiceOver user, Im often faced with accessibility challenges with apps like this, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this app is extremely accessible. If youre a VoiceOver user, this app will be a joy to use.

If youve used Western social media apps like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., you will be disappointed by WeChat. Its an essential app if you are traveling in mainland China since it is THE app that all Chinese people use for communication, but its lackluster. Doesnt support GIFs very well. Its groups are clunky. Honestly, WhatsApp does the group chat thing better. That said, I hope WeChat ups their game soon.

Pc app of wechat should include all functionality that wechat mobile app has. Ex: ability to call in group chat. Currently, pc app only allow one person call.

It seems no matter how hard you try you cant delete your account, it is so frustrating and not only that, everyone is foreign for the most part and doesnt speak English or very poor english. Couldnt even get an email adress to which I could email to delete the account. Terrible, annoying, frustrating!

If a WeChat notification appears on the Apple Watch and I choose one of the smilies or quick reply messages, the message isnt sent out in 60% of the cases. I never know if it worked or not. I have to check on my phone to make sure that my watch sent out the message. Completely useless. About the iPhone app: Pictures I posted on my moments ages ago and not made available to see for a certain group of people are not visible to any (!) new friends I make. This is a major bug. Maybe it would be best to have an additional setting to chance the privacy settings for a picture posted on moments after it has been posted. At the moment there is only private or public (public being a group of people from years ago and not friends I have made in the last few years).

Easy to use and stable. Cant live without it.

Please let us change the font though

Great app for communication.

I accidentally deleted the app, then I download it again. After I log in, all the messages or chat was deleted. Im crying like half a day. Because there is one important chat of mine but it was deleted how can I get it back?
